Orders are typically shipped next business day, but can take up to 4 business days to ship.

The 3-Day Priority Shipping option guarantees delivery of your package in 3 business days or less, after 1 business day of handling. For example, if you place your order on Monday, it will ship out on Tuesday and be delivered no later than Friday.
Free shipping in the US applies to all orders over $50. If a coupon is applied to your order, the subtotal must be over $50 after the discount for the free shipping option to appear.
If you place multiple orders, we will not combine the shipping cost. This is due to the transaction fee applied to each order by Shopify and PayPal -- every instance of checkout is taxed a set fee plus a percentage of the order, and multiple checkouts for a single order are not factored into our pricing for items. In short, combining shipping costs for multiple orders costs us money. Please be sure you have everything you want in your cart BEFORE you check out.
Sylverra Crystals does ship internationally. We offer flat shipping rates of $18 for orders under a pound, $24 for orders between 1 and 2.5 pounds, $34 for orders between 2.5 and 3.5 pounds, and $45 for orders between 3.5 and 5 pounds to Canada, Mexico, Europe, India and Australia, and weight-based rates for the rest of the world and for packages heavier than 5 lbs.
Only one coupon may be used at a time on an order. If you place two separate orders to use two different coupons, you must pay for shipping on both orders -- we will not issue a refund on the shipping cost of the second order.
Coupons cannot be applied to orders that have already been submitted, so if you have questions about using a coupon or a coupon that doesn't appear to work, please contact us prior to placing your order so that we can help.
Order Cancellations & Corrections
Once an order has been placed it may not be cancelled. If there's an issue with your order or you notice an error with shipping or billing information, please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll work with you to get it corrected.
Refunds & Returns
All items except Apothecary herbs and digital goods (see below) are eligible for a full refund with return within 14 days of delivery. The buyer must pay for return shipping and the refund will be issued to the payment method that was used once the item has been received in good condition. It is the buyer's burden to ensure proper packaging to prevent breakages in return shipping, and to take out shipping insurance if desired. The date of delivery is defined by the date shown on the order's tracking information. If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund, you may contact us at email@example.com or use the contact form to begin the return process.
In the event you receive an item which has been damaged in shipping, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged item and we'll be happy to refund your order back to the payment method originally used. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to help locate it. If your order can't be found, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
All items in the Apothecary collection are non-returnable for the health and safety of ourselves and our customers. Refunds for Apothecary items will be handled on a case-by-case basis, in the event that there is significant damage in shipping.
Please note that items listed as whole herbs are still prone to breakages in shipping, and often have arrived to us with breakages. We will not issue refunds based on any percentage of non-whole pieces, dust, crumbs etc. in any given order.
Buyers are solely responsible for their own use of Apothecary herbs. Sylverra Crystals assumes no liability for misuse of these items nor for any allergic or otherwise negative reactions. We strongly urge buyers to contact a doctor prior to use for information about how herbs will interact with their medications and other conditions, and again if use of an item causes a negative reaction.
All digital goods are non-refundable. If there is an issue with the file in your download or the download process itself, please contact us and we will work with you to make sure you are able to receive your file.
All digital goods are the property of Sylverra. Re-uploading or selling prints you purchase from us is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.
All dimensions of products are rounded estimates. Product weights are exact with a ~0.1 oz margin of error.
Sylverra is a web-based store. We do not have a physical store front. The address listed is for reference purposes if you wish to calculate shipping estimates. Returns can be mailed to the address on the shipping label on your order, and we will also provide you with the full return address when you initiate the return process.
